We understand that flexibility is important to our customers. You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time without any penalties. Please note, however, that a one-month cancellation notice is required. 

This means your subscription will remain active for one additional month after your cancellation request is submitted. If you have any questions or need assistance with your cancellation, our team is here to help.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that your participation in the Smash Garden Route Academy and its activities is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

You also agree not to hold any employees, coaches, or directors of Smash Cricket liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your participation.

All fees are to be paid upfront at the beginning of each month, no later than the 7th.

Please note that if your account is in arrears, we reserve the right to withhold sessions until payment is received.

If you encounter any issues with payment or need assistance, our team is here to help ensure a smooth experience.

Your participation in the academy will continue on an ongoing basis until you choose to cancel. For details on how to cancel, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

A one-time sign-up fee of R500 is required for all new members joining the academy. This fee will be included in your invoice along with your first month's payment. This covers the FREE - use of all equipment at our academy and a branded t-shirt.

Each year, we offer new academy T-shirts for members to order. The cost of a T-shirt is R300. However, if you have already paid a sign-up fee for that year, this fee will be waived.

When ordering, please ensure you select the correct size. If the size doesn’t fit, we’ll do our best to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for errors in the order due to incorrect size selection on your part.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you agree that we have the permission to from time to time take video's of the players for evaluations and  marketing. Please notify is if this is not acceptable and we will not take any video's of your child.
